Communications and Public Relations Manager

We are seeking a proactive Communications and Public Relations Manager to join our dynamic team.

In the last year, standout projects included broadcast specials ‘An Audience with Adele’ and ‘Adele One Night Only’ (ITV & CBS), ‘The Kardashians’ (HULU), ‘The Grammys’ (CBS), ‘Friends: The Reunion’ (HBO Max), Elton John Live: Farewell from Dodger Stadium (Disney+), ‘Captains’ (Netflix & FIFA), and ‘All or Nothing: Juventus’ (Amazon).

From our offices in Islington, St. Katherines Dock, Sunderland, and Los Angeles, we produce award-winning content across all major media platforms, from theatrical releases to broadcast and digital content. About the Role:

This role is integral to both our internal and external communications strategies, including liaising with PR agencies, planning social media strategies, day to day social media planning and posting organizing conferences, and managing award submissions and logistics. Based in the UK, this position requires effective transatlantic communication with our US-based Communications and Brand Manager, ensuring alignment and synergy across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage social media strategy and presence to boost engagement and brand awareness
Day to day social media management
Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies
Manage internal communications, including crafting weekly updates on production and events, and overseeing administrative tasks related to internal messaging
Liaise with PR firms to coordinate public relations efforts and enhance company visibility
Organize and oversee the logistics of conferences, awards, and festivals, including table purchases and award applications
Work closely with the Communications and Brand Manager in the US to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms
Monitor industry trends and maintain relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage
Leading comms projects, implementing new process, and completing administrative tasks as they arise.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skilled in overseeing and optimizing corporate social media profiles
Proficient in using design software including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate across time zones.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Experience working in a studio or production company preferred but not required
Degree in communications, Public Relations or Journalism or similar fields.
