Junior Production Manager

We are looking for a Junior Production Manager to join our team.

Contract Dates: ASAP - 8th November 2024

Fulwell 73, founded in 2005 by lifelong friends Ben Winston, Leo Pearlman, Ben Turner, Gabe Turner and James Corden. In the ensuing years, Fulwell has become one of the fastest-growing production indies in entertainment.

In the last year, standout projects included broadcast specials ‘An Audience with Adele’ and ‘Adele One Night Only’ (ITV & CBS), ‘The Kardashians’ (HULU), ‘The Grammys’ (CBS), ‘Friends: The Reunion’ (HBO Max), Elton John Live: Farewell from Dodger Stadium (Disney+), ‘Captains’ (Netflix & FIFA), and ‘All or Nothing: Juventus’ (Amazon).

From our offices in Islington, St. Katherines Dock, Sunderland, and Los Angeles, we produce award-winning content across all major media platforms, from theatrical releases to broadcast and digital content. We are fortunate to work with a broad group of clients across the UK and the US and including all major streamers. We hold ourselves and our teams to very high standards, and we pride ourselves on a committed pursuit of creative excellence in all we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding all new crew, including raising starter forms for assigned crew roles, liaising with all departments including HR, IT & Operations to ensure new starters are set up for arrival on first day
Doing weekly hot desk allocations for all staff on Production floor
Attending meetings with HR when required to ensure processes are per Fulwell 73 policies
Working with LP/PPS, daily cost manager upkeep
Raise all Purchase Orders
Approving all expenses
Overseeing allocated budget lines and updating PPS/LP with any issues
Compiling and submitting payroll
Ensuring invoices are correct
Working with PPC, cross-check credits list and ensure spelling and contractual credits are met
Working with Archive Producers to attend regular meetings to ensure all archive trackers are kept up to date with details including licencing details and costs
Flag any issues with SP/LP/PPS.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

Previous experience at JPM level
Experience in documentaries advantageous
Experience in working with US streamers would be a bonus.
